Cristiano Ronaldo has substituted David Beckham after four seasons as the face and body for Emporio Armani men's underwear

Armani fashion house announced that the 24 year old Real Madrid player will be the official worldwide spokes-model for its Emporio Armani's Men's Underwear and Armani Jeans, beginning from spring/summer 2010.

Beckham stripped to his pants for Emporio Armani ads last year. He has also modeled for Armani with his wife Victoria and the two currently head the Emporio Armani autumn/winter underwear campaign.

Cristiano's expanding worldwide profile will no doubt benefit Real's stadium ticket sales and merchandising profits.
